Prep the marinade of soy sauce, lemon, salt and pepper and let chicken marinate about minutes or so. This adds flavor and keeps it juicy. Heat the pan with a splash of olive oil & cook chicken about min per side. Keep applying the left over marinade to both sides of chicken. In second pan take the a splash of olive oil and saute the veggies with salt and pepper. Once done, take the chicken & veggies & eat them with Rice :)
