finely chopped coriander leaves 1tsp
Crumble paneer in a bowl. Add finely chopped onion, capsicum, coriander leaves, salt and pepper to it. Mix well. Spread the paneer mix evenly on one slice of bread and top it with a cheese slice. Cover it with another bread slice. Toast it in a sandwich maker or nonstick tawa. Serve hot. Enjoy it with your morning tea or have it alone. You can add ghee on both sides of the bread too.
