Tomato- (50-75) gms approx
Garam Masala, 1 clove, cinnamon
5ml-oil
Cook sliced onion and tomatoes with oil, once cooked bring it to room temperature then blend it.
In other sauce pan, heat oil. Fry the onions add ginger garlic paste, add the blended gravy and cup of water.
Spice it up with curry and coriander powder and salt. Let it cook and add ml of coconut milk and garam masala. Mix well and turn it off. Garnish with coriander.
