Ingredients

Paneer- 80 grams. Onion- half Tomato- half Dosa batter with 40 grms rice and 50 grams urid dal.

Dosa Batter can be in your macros..

Oil- 5 ml

Method

Step 1

Grate paneer, add ml oil and add onion and saute. Add tomatoes and paneer and cook it properly. Spread batter on pan, let it cook for seconds. Put the paneer cooked mix. Close the pan with lid so the steam forms inside and cooks it. Remove it gently and enjoy
