Paneer-40 gms

Eggs-2

Potato-100 gms

Method

Step 1

Boil potatoes and then cut into the size you desire to have

Step 2

Heat a non stick pan and crack the eggs and scramble it into small pieces

Step 3

Once eggs are done add paneer (cut into small cubes)and boiled potatoes and sauté further for two minutes

Step 4

season it with salt ,mixed herbs and cheese (as per your likings) and enjoy the fast and easy breakfast
