Ingredients

1 onion(Medium)

1 tomato(Medium)

1/4 capsicum (Medium)

1/2 cucumber (Medium)

100 gms Paneer ( Cottage Cheese)

1tsp mustard sauce

1tsp South west Sauce

Seasonings

1/2 Lemon

Method

Step 1

Cut all the vegetables in cubes or Julienne it. . Cut the paneer in small cubes .Take the sauces ; Seasonings ( Black pepper powder , Salt, chilli flakes) and / a lemon juice and mix it . Add all the ingredients to a bowl. . Mix the ingredients well and enjoy. Goes well with brown bread or a baguette
