Paneer- 100 grams
Curd- 30 grams
Besan- 15 grams
Spices- Ginger garlic paste, Salt, Degi Mirch, Tandoori masala, some lime juice, Roasted cumin powder (Did not consider their calories)
Half Capsicum, half tomato, half onion (Did not consider their calories)
Cut paneer, capsicum, onion, tomato (deseeded) into large chunks.
For the marinade - Take a bowl. Add curd, besan and all the ingredients from spices list in it. Mix it well.
Add paneer and chopped veggies in the marinade.
Rest it for few hours.
Roast it on a pan or grill it or or airfry it. Completely your choice. I roasted it on a pan without oil, as the quality of paneer I used was very good.
