take a blender jar add yoghurt, mangoes and soaked and washed oats tbsp flaxseeds and then grind it to smoothie you may add little water to adjust consistency while blending .add on few mango cubes and peanuts roasted and for healthy fats .honey is optional for taste super easy and quick filling smoothie 😊
