Ingredients

oats flour 10gm

Paneer 50gm

Peri peri masala 1 tbspn

10gm butter

Red and yellow bell pepper brocolli ginger ,garlic fine chopped mushroom

paprika powder,salt,blackpepper powder

50ml milk

Method

Step 1

for gravy Add the oats flour in butter and let it turn a bit brown keep stirring it, add milk to it to make a gravy keep it aside.

Step 2

saute veggies in butter in another pan, add salt,paprika powder, black pepper powder.

Step 3

Add the gravy to sautéed veggies add paneer pieces and peri peri powder to it let it simmer for -min and its ready.

Step 4

serve it with herb rice.
