Soya milk: 200ml
Dry fruits of your choice:10gms
Stevia as per taste
Few saffron strands:optional
STEPS: . Drain soaked rice . Blend it in blender to coarse , not smooth at all . Heat pan . Add soya milk . Bring it to boil . Add blended rice . Boil until rice is cooked throughly, keep stirring, make sure you dont burn . Once rice is cooked well . Add stevia and saute well . Take it off from stove top and serve hot by adding some dry fruits topping and safforn strands or refrigerate for few hours and serve chilled
