Curry leaf, coriander leaves, lemon juice, salt, turmeric, sugar free
Wash and soqk the poha for minutes.
Take oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, peanuts and curry leaves.Saute onions, potatoes and tomatoes.
Add the soaked poha. Add salt, turmeric powder, half lemon juice and some sugar free.
Garnish with coriander. Bon appetite 😋
