At first the chopped vegetables were boiled and flattened rice were soaked in water.
Then a little bit of rice bran oil or Olive oil was added to the hot kadai and Curry leaf and mustard seeds and red dry chilly were added to it.
The boiled vegetables were then add with some normal nuts to the container.
Salt, turmeric and sugar (*sugar lite* is suggested to use to lower the calorie intake) were added to the mixture and was cooked for mins.
Then the flattened rice were added to it and was mixed well with the previous mass.
Salt and sugar were tasted and was cooked for mins.
Soaked raisins were added to the Poha. Now it's ready to serve.
