Salt,Red chill powder,turmeric,coriander powder,garam masala-as needed
Mint & coriander-for garnish
Boil prawns with some salt.
Cook rice & let it dry
To a pan,add ghee & sauté boiled prawns in turmeric. Then add all the other seasonings. Let it cook.
Add cooked rice & mix everything. Tada ready! Garnish with some leaves & green chilli(optional)
