Mango 100gm

Milk 200ml

Raw whey protein powder 1 Scoop

Stevia

Water

Method

Step 1

Peel and chop mango and add it to the blender.

Step 2

Blend the mango into smooth pulp.

Step 3

Now add milk, stevia, whey and some water in the blender.

Step 4

Blend all the ingriedients and your protein amras will be ready.
