Blended oats - 15gm Banana - 20gm soy protein isolate - 42gm Peanut butter powder- 8gm light butter/ light spread - 10gm oat milk/milk - 35ml dark chocolate - 5gm
Mash banana in a bowl and add rest of the ingredients. mix well and top up with some dark chocolate, I popped mine in the microwave for seconds to melt the chocolate, but it's optional :))) Enjoy!!
