20gm soya chunk (boil and grind like khima) 20gm besan 30gm Rice flour 2 or 3 colocasia leaves 1 chopped tomato dry spices turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, salt to taste

Method

Step 1

step First chopped leaves and tomato and mix with nicely, add rice flour, besan,soya,dry ingredients mix together with little bit water till it gets dough consistency step make the shape whatever you like or muthiya type,keep it in steamer for min. step once cooled,heat pan add oil and put some cumin seeds and shallow fry it from both the sides ready for eat.sprinkle some seasme seeds.
