bowl of finely chopped cabbage
dry spices turmeric, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder , salt to taste
5 gm of butter
add all the dry ingredients together with cabbage add water till it gets a dough consistency
make the shape whatever you like and keep it in steamer for mins
once cooled cut them
heat the pan, add gm of butter and shallow fry it from both the sides ( sesame is added here only for tempering)
