For Hummus: • 50g raw chole (soaked & boiled with salt) • 1 tsp curd • ½ tsp sesame seeds • 0.25 ml extra virgin olive oil • Black salt, green chilli (as per taste) For Salad Base (≈200g raw): • Cucumber • Red bell pepper • Yellow bell pepper • Fresh lettuce Toppings: • Black pepper • Salt • Lemon juice • 1 roasted Lijjat papad
Soak and boil chole with salt. Grind boiled chole with curd, sesame seeds, olive oil, black salt & green chilli → smooth hummus ready. Chop all vegetables and add to a bowl. Add the prepared hummus and mix well. Season with salt, pepper & lemon. Crush roasted Lijjat papad on top for crunch.
