all purpose flour (maida) 250ml cup
1 egg
1 scoop of protein powder(preferred chocolate or vanilla)
1tsp baking soda
half tea spoon salt
oil 1 tsp
250ml milk
add one egg and ml milk to the container , top it up with pinch of salt , tsp oil and add gms of Hershey syrup (optional) mix it well
add protein scoop and a cup.of flour (ml cup) with tsp of baking powder mix until has a good runny consistency
heat the pan with tsp oil then pour the mixture with big spoon into the pan, wait to flip it until the bubbles stop oozing then flip the pancake and heat it for less than sec
top the pancakes up with butter and honey 🥞
