Soya granules - 60 grams
Moong dal- 30 grams
Oil- 5 grams
Finely chopped onions, tomato, capsicum, carrot, cabbage and other veggies of your choice.
Salt, chilly powder, oregano for seasoning
Soak moong dal for hours and grind into a fine batter.
Grind soya granules into a fine powder and mix in moon dal better.
Add seasoning, finely chopped veggies and make cheela out of it.
I could make cheelas with this amount of batter.
