one cheese slice
100 gm Mushroom
Schezwan Sauce hald tbsp
soya sauce one tea spoon
Vinegar One tea spoon
black pepper 1/8 th tsp
10gm oil
First add garlic, onion , capsicum and mushroom on hot oil
Add salt half tea spoon, black pepper .Mix well
Cover the pan and cook for mins on low flame
Add boiled soya chunks and mix well
Add Soya sauce , schezwan sauce, vinegar in gm water and mix . Pour this liquid into pan and mix well.
Add paneer and mix well. Off the flame and top the dish with cheese slice,cover the pan and leave it for mins. Dish is ready
