Water
Take a bowl slice half banana in it, scoop whey protein(here I take chocolate flavour), gm row oats, glass of water, gm pomegranate, - tbsp of chia & pumpkin seeds. Mix it together and enjoy. (You may add honey, a pinch of cinnamon powder, almond/cashew/walnut, or peanut butter as per your macro need & taste.)
