sprouted moong dal and kala chana mixed(200gm) ,ghee (5gm),lemon juice (1 lemon),Basic spices and some coriander to garnish
take sprouts mix and boil in pressure cooker for whistles with glass water and with half inch grated ginger and then cool them after releasing pressure .save the water used in boiling to add to soup .pure the boiled sprouts . heat a open vessel add ghee add cumin ,asfoetida ,pinch of turmeric ,salt ,black pepper ,some coriander powder and cook it like roast the paste for min add water that was saved in boiling them so that it does not stick to pan do it on low flame .now add water as per your consistency you like and bring it to boil for min.now you can serve with drizzling some lemon juice , roasted cumin powder and fresh coriander leaves .
