Pea /Whey Protien (choclate or vanilla flavour)1 scoop
Oats 30g (Grind to make flour)
Date 30g (soak in warm water and make paste)
Peanut butter creamy 30g
Unsweetened cocoa (10g)
1/2 tsp salt
baking powder 1/2 tsp
baking Soda 1/2 tsp
Mix All the dry ingredients together in the mixing bowl
Add Peanut butter Dates and some water and knead the dough , you can use the same warm water used for soaking the dates
make small rectangular shapes and bake it or air fry for mins at °C. Alternatively microwaving for - mins works fine too
