Paneer 50g

Rawa 50g

Ghee / Coconut oil 5g

Spices ( jeera powder, corriander powder, turmeric, chill powder) and Salt to taste

Cucumber grated, coriander

Method

Step 1

Grind Rawa and Paneer with some water and spices salt

Step 2

Add Cucumber grated, coriander ( any veggies of your choice would do)

Step 3

mix the Batter well

Step 4

add ghee to the pan

Step 5

Make Chillas like you make dosas on Medium flame 🙂
