soya chunks-30 grams Oil- 5ml salt pepper chilli powder chaat masala
Heat a pan. Add ml oil. Add dry soya chunks and roast well for - minutes.Add salt,pepper,chilli powder and chaat masala according to taste. Turn off the flame. Allow it to cool. On cooling, your crunchy soya snack is ready. P.S. If it is not roasted well then it will feel soft in the centre.
