Rice - 80 grams
Whole egg - 3
Egg white - 3
Butter - 5 g
Olive oil - 5 g
Schezwan Chutney - 3 Tbsp
Capsicum - 50 g
Mushroom - 100 g
Salt, pepper, oregano, ginger garlic paste (1 tsp), coriander, spinach
Add ginger garlic paste, salt & pepper to the eggs & beat them.
Add the butter to the pan & let the eggs cook, scramble them & keep them aside.
Take the olive oil, add the capsicum, mushrooms & saute them for few minutes.
Add chopped coriander, spinach, oregano & Schezwan Chutney to the pan & let it heat for a few minutes until sauted.
Add the eggs to this and mix it all well, boil the rice, mix the contents of the pan with the rice.
Add salt, pepper & spices according to your taste. Enjoy the delicious meal!
