Shrimp - 180gram Coconut oil. - 10 gram

Method

Step 1

Step: Heat a pan add oil, mustard seed & onion. Sauté well. Step : In the same pan add shrimp with turmeric powder, crushed Ginger&garlic, coarse black pepper, salt. Close the lid. Cook until shrimp fully done. Step: Finally, Add spices (chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder & garam masala). Cook until raw smell goes off. Switch off the flame.
