Ingredients Soya chunks 20gm Oats 40 gm(rolled oats) Green chilli -2 finally chopped Coriander Dahi -1 table spoon Tomato -1/2 Onion 1 small Salt as per taste
Grind soya chunk and grind rolled oats Mix oats and soya chunk powder add salt ,dahi add finely chopped tomato and onion mix well. Then add coriander and green chilli add water keep it thick. Mix well and spread it on hot pan
