60g Soya Chunk Flour

4 Whole Eggs

100g Veggies

50g Potato

5ml Ghee

Method

Step 1

Dry roast Soya Chunk Flour and keep it aside.

Step 2

Boil the potato, mash it and keep it aside.

Step 3

Beat whole eggs with veggies (capsicum, onion, tomato) along with Mashed potato and Roasted Soya chunk flour.

Step 4

Make bhurji by using ml Ghee/oil. Yummy Soya chunk flour bhurji is ready.
