100g Veggies
50g Potato
5ml Ghee
Dry roast Soya Chunk Flour and keep it aside.
Boil the potato, mash it and keep it aside.
Beat whole eggs with veggies (capsicum, onion, tomato) along with Mashed potato and Roasted Soya chunk flour.
