soya chunk flour 100 gm

milk 150 ml

almonds 40 gm

ghee 20 gm

sugarfree as per taste

cardamom, rose water for aroma (optional)

Method

Step 1

roast soya chunks flour in ghee till it starts getting and raw smell is gone

Step 2

in another pan add milk+sugarfree+cardamom and let it get warm

Step 3

once soya chunk flour is roasted, add cut almonds

Step 4

add cardamom milk and rose water

Step 5

make round balls when still little warm

Step 6

gives balls, macros mentioned per ball
