Soya chunks 30 gms
small onion sliced
Olive oil 5g
Indian seasoning

Soak gm of Soya for mins. Or minutes with hot water.
Take a saucepan or wok, add g of olive oil, add cumin seeds and let it splutter
Add Sliced Onions (you can add any veggie of your choice) and saute on high flame for min. Don't overcook, let it stay crunchy. Add chilli ( I skipped since I used chilli powder)
Squeeze out the water from the Soya chunks and add it to the pan. Add salt, your favourite spices/masala. Saute we'll all ingredients and turn off flame
Garnish with coriander leaves and lemon juice.
You can also add Soya Sauce and tomato sauce to make it like a Manchurian. Enjoy!
