. Boil soya chunks in hot water with little salt added to it for mins
Add ghee on to the heated pan, once it melts add ginger garlic paste to it and let it get roasted
Now add tomato, onion, capsicum, grated cauliflower, spinach, salt, cumin powder, garam masala, chilli powder to it and mix them well, saute them until they are cooked well
Now add the boiled soya chunks, mix them well with the above saute and let it cook for other mins
