Besan-20 gms
Salt- as per taste
Curd- 2 teaspoons
Potatoes-100 gms
Make a paste of flours with curd and water till dosa batter like consistency.
Add a pinch of salt
On a non stick pan ,make dosas of the preferred sizes.
Next make aaloo sabji of boiled and mashed potatoes by adding chilly powder,coriander powder,turmeric powder and salt.It’s the basic sabji ,I guess everyone knows it very well 😉
