Ingredients

Soya chunks- 30 g

Ghee- Teaspoon or 6 g

Milk- 20ml

Sugar free or stevia

Method

Step 1

Grind the Soya chunks into fine powder

Step 2

Heat a saucepan and add ghee, add Soya powder and roast until the raw smell goes away

Step 3

Add milk and keep stirring until the mixture separates and add sugar free or Stevia

Step 4

If you wish, you can add dry fruits, cardamom, saffron strands etc
