soya chunks 50 gm , paneer 50 gm , jaggery 15 gm and ghee 15gm
boil soya chunks for - mins, squeeze water out of soya by applying gentle pressure now grind soya chunks .
grate paneer and add it in soya chunks mix them well now take non stick pan use gm of ghee and cook mixture of soya and paneer for - mins .
now u can use fine particles of jaggery known as shakkar and add in the mixture after mixing it well when u can see melted jaggery in soya paneer mixture u can roll handful of mixture and make its laddoos.
