20 gm soyabean

50 gm paneer

bowl of finely chopped cabbage

black pepper, salt to taste

10 gm of butter

wheat 50 gm

Method

Step 1

take wheat flour add pinch of salt knead as dough

Step 2

boil and grind the Soya , grate paneer

Step 3

heat the pan , add grated cabbage, Soya and paneer, cook for - minutes , add salt and black pepper as per your taste

Step 4

roll the small dough add the filling and make the shape of momos

Step 5

steam them for - minutes

Step 6

sauce is just kept for photography ,enjoy your weekend and do try
