Soya chunks - 10gm
Boiled potato - 10gm
Cheese Slice - 1
Ghee - 5gm
Salt and other spices as per taste
Boil Soya chunks and grind them. Make a patty of soya and mashed boiled potato. Add salt and spices as per the taste.
Shallow fry the patty on non stick pan just like regular tikki but with less ghee.
Then place the patty, slice of cheese on a slice of bread. You can also add veggies. Cover it with another bread slice. And roast it on the same pan.
Slice sandwich in two parts and serve with ketchup or chutney whichever fits in your macros.
