Boil the potato and mash them Boil the soya granules,drain out the excess water completely Mix mashed potato and soya granules Add chopped onion and all the spices.Mix it properly Add besan to bind the dough Make small balls and press them lightly to form the shape of tikkis Add g of oil on a pan,heat it Put all the tikkis on the pan and shallow fry it for min at medium flame from both the sides Serve hot with a cup of tea or some chutney
