10 grams soya granules
5 grams oil
Salt, turmeric,Garlic, green chilli, lemon
In a pressure cooker, add oil and add all spices, garlic and green chilli. Now add sprouted moong and soya granules to it. Add little amount of water and close the lid of the cooker. Let it cook for whistles. Now squeeze lemon onto it and its ready.
