Ingredients

Chicken 150gms marinaded

Cooking butter 20gms

Virgin Olive Oil 5gms

Potato 100gms

Carrots 50gms

Capsicum, Beans, and Tomatoes 150 gms

Method

Step 1

Let the chicken sear in a pan with gms of butter

Step 2

Taken another pan and stir fry the veggies either one by one or all at once using gms butter

Step 3

Stir fry potatoes separately using gms butter

Step 4

Plate the chicken and the stir fried veggies and top with gms of virgin olive oil as a salad dressing

Step 5

Salt and pepper the dish as per your taste

Step 6

Voila!! Enjoy your meal!
