Tomato purée of 1 tomato
Garlic 4/6 pods
Oregano, Thyme herbs and chopped coriander for garnish
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Rice 40 gms
Jeera
Heat the oil in a pan, Sautée garlic and onion till translucent. Add tomato paste and Sautée till oil separates.
Chop and add the mushrooms and carrots.
Add salt, chilli flakes, herbs and cover and let it cook.
When done add soy sauce and a pinch of sugar.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
Sauté jeera in a bit of the oil. Add rice, water and salt. When rice is cooked, serve hot.
