50% less carbs bread(or any bread of your choice)- 2 slices

Mushrooms - 50gms , Onion - 20gms , capsicum - 20gms , green chilli - 1 , coriander for garnishing
Salt, turmeric powder, paav bhaji masala
) Heat oil in a pan and add the finely chopped veggies mentioned above. ) Cook the veggies until nice and soft. ) Add all the spices and mix it together with veggies. Since I use very less oil, it sticks to the pan, so I add little water to avoid sticking to the pan. ) Let the water get evaporated and then add the tofu and mix it well. ) Serve on a plate and garnish with coriander.
