150 gms tofu 100 gms cooked rice (~30 gms raw) 5 ml butter 1 small onion 1 small capsicum 1 small tomato 1 spoon ( 10 gms ) Sriracha sauce
. Marinate tofu slices with curd and spices of your choice and microwave it for mins. ( this prevents the tofu from turning chewy when cooked and it tastes better ) . Heat butter in pan . Add finely chopped onion, capsicum and tomato. . Sauté on high heat . Add rice . Cook for a minute or two. . Add sriracha sauce and serve hot !!! This is super simple and quick recipe.
