2 eggs Ghee 3gm Half Tomato Half onion
Salt Pinch of turmeric powder Green chilli Pizza and pasta seasoning
Slice the tomato.Keep it thin.
Break the eggs and pour them in a bowl. Add chopped onion ,green chilli ,turmeric and salt. Then whisk it properly .
Take a pan add ghee heat it and then add sliced tomatoes to it and after sec add whisked eggs over the pan and spread it properly.
Then sprinkle pizza and pasta seasoning and cover it with lid and lower the flame .
After to min flip the omelette and cook for seconds. It’s ready .
