Step 1

) Measure gms of curd in a bowl ) Add scoop of vanilla flavour whey( you can add any as per your choice) ) tablespoon of coffee ) Stevia as per choice/taste ) Mix the above ingredients firmly ) Top with mangoes ( add in your overall calorie intake) ) Keep it in refrigerator for - hours and have it. #fittrcoach
