Ghee 6 gms Vegetables (cabbage peas onion tomato carrot capsicum) 160 gms and Rice 80 gms
Add some cumin seeds to ghee and sauté peas and cabbage until a little softened
Add other vegetables (whatever you have available) and sauté together with salt, pepper and a hint of turmeric (adding red pepper is optional)
Add previously boiled rice and let it cook on slow heat for minutes!!
