1. Green vegetables 350 gms 2. Soya Chunks 50 gm 3. Tomatoes 100 gm 4. Onions 100 gm 5. Rice 40 gm 6. Ghee 5 gm

salt and pepper as per taste

Method

Step 1

Add ghee to fry pan, add tomatoes and onions cook at low flame then green veggies, soya chunks and boiled rice , add salt and pepper as per taste .
