Step 1

Soak kale and soya chunks in hot water and keep it closed so that they can be blanched better without boiling. . Mean while put quinoa or rice to cook. . After - minutes of soaking, add butter, green chillies (garlic optional) in pan and add kale and soya along with other veggies you want to add.
