Soya milk: 250ml
Wheat pasta boiled :40gms Tip : when you boil pasta add some salt and drizzle some oil on top , just few drops , once its half boiled , drain the water and keep pasta aside
Mixed veggies: 200gms
Garlic chopped:10 gms or less
All purpose flour : 5gms
Butter/ghee : 5gms
Thyme, chilli flakes, oregano: as per taste
Salt as per taste
STEPS: . Heat pan . Add gms of oil . Add mix veggies and fry till soft and keept it aside . For the same pan add gms of oil . Add chopped garlic and saute well till they are golden brown . Now add all purpose flour and saute well for a min or two . Now gradually add milk step by step and keep stirring, make sure there are no lumps, after some time add thyme,oregano and chilli flakes . At some point milk reaches sauce consistency . Now add mixed veggies and mix vegetables well so that sauce is coated well for the veggies . Now add boiled pasta to the veggies on top and mix well without breaking pasta . Enjoy your white sauce pasta π
